Refund policy

You can request to return your order within 7 days of the delivery date. We will asses  return items condition and determine if elegible for return if damage is not stated when requesting the return.

Please send us your return request to hello@odisseany.com and include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item/issue. All returns must include original packaging except for notecard and postcard. Please fill out the form below with all your order information.   

We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

Please contact the courier to arrange pick-up, or drop off your order. 

Please mind that FedEx is for international shipments and USPS for national shipments. 

If you purchased an Odissea NY piece from any another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
