All orders are packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

All jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted and shipped in case of it not being in stock.

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and courier info.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please send us your return request to hello@odisseany.com and include:

• Name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the item.

  All returns must include original packaging. Click on the OPEN FORM to submit.   

We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

We do not cover return shipping, that shall be managed by costumer. 

If you purchased an Odissea piece from any of our retailers, please consult that retailers applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
