Silver should be stored a dry place. Keep silver away from household cleaners, chlorine, and cosmetics, these can cause tarnishing. Use a soft cloth (e.g., microfiber or jewelry cleaning cloth) to polish silver and remove tarnish. 

Vermeil care: Avoid contact with water, sweat, and chemicals (perfume, lotions, hairspray) to prevent tarnishing. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches

Gold Care: Avoid contact with chlorine, perfume, lotion, and household cleaners — these can dull the finish or weaken any bonded stones over time.

Store separately from other pieces, ideally in a soft pouch or lined box, to avoid scratching — gold is soft and marks more easily than it seems.

Clean gently with a soft cloth and, if needed, warm water with a drop of mild soap, avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless a stone setting has been professionally verified as safe for them.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted and shipped.
