Please send us your return request to hello@odisseany.com and include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item/issue. We will asses return items condition and determine if elegible for return if damage is not stated when requesting the return.

Your Odissea piece is 925 sterling silver, handcrafted by artisans in Taxco, Mexico. Like any fine metal, it responds to the world it moves through — a little tarnish over time is natural, not a flaw.

Store in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or closed box, away from direct light and air.

Keep away from household cleaners, chlorine, and cosmetics — these accelerate tarnishing.

Polish gently with a soft microfiber or jewelry cloth to restore shine and lift tarnish.
