Please send us your return request to hello@odisseany.com and include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item/issue. We will asses return items condition and determine if eligible for return if damage is not stated when requesting the return.

Gold Care

Your Odissea gold piece (14K or 18K) is among the most durable metals we work with, but a little care keeps it looking as luminous as the day it was made.

Avoid contact with chlorine, perfume, lotion, and household cleaners — these can dull the finish or weaken any bonded stones over time.

Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping to prevent unnecessary wear.

Store separately from other pieces, ideally in a soft pouch or lined box, to avoid scratching — gold is soft and marks more easily than it seems.

Clean gently with a soft cloth and, if needed, warm water with a drop of mild soap — avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless a stone setting has been professionally verified as safe for them.
